I’ve been waiting since January to blog this inspiration shoot, and I can finally do it! I first had to wait because it was published over on Style Me Pretty, and then it was summer, so it didn’t really fit with the season. But now that winter is fast approaching, I think it’s rather fitting. Back in January, I got together with an incredible team of vendors for an organic wedding inspiration shoot at SentryWorld in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. SentryWorld is my favorite local venue. It is so beautiful, and the staff are always so amazing. SentryWorld is set up in such a way that you can style it almost any way you want and it will turn out beautifully. I just shot a SentryWorld wedding this past weekend, and it was so elegant and lovely (stay tuned for that wedding)!
This inspiration was based on an organic, winter styling theme. We chose white and green for our color palette, as it matched so beautifully with the bridal suite at SentryWorld, and the foggy, snowy day. Fawn from Inspired by Nature created the stunning florals for this shoot, while Allison from Et Voila Events put together the styling aspects. Bling in Weston loaned us a stunning pear shaped ring, which went beautifully with the gowns from Elegant Occasions in Wausau and Borrowing Magnolia. Our model Ashley (one on my 2017 brides) did such an amazing job, and couldn’t have looked more beautiful.
We were able to utilize both the bridal suite at SentryWorld, as well as a portion of the outdoor property for this shoot. We wanted to be able to mix it up a little and show both indoor and outdoor elements. We were blessed with an amazingly warm day for January in Wisconsin. This was an amazing shoot to work on, and all of the vendors involved were so amazing.
