Amy & Carl were married on an unusually beautiful day in November 2016. November weather is usually very wet and very cold, but they were blessed with a beautiful warm, sunny day for their Elegant SentryWorld Wedding. I first met Amy in January of this year when she booked us for their wedding. I didn’t get a chance to meet Carl until their engagement session. They chose a lovely winter day for their engagement session in Downtown Wausau. They totally rocked their session, which you can view here.
Amy & Carl chose an elegant, black tie style for their wedding day. Amy wore a lovely tiered gown, while her bridesmaids wore mismatched neutral colored gowns. Carl wore a dapper black tux and bowtie, while his groomsmen wore similar black suits and ties. The florals by Fawn at Inspired by Nature were absolutely stunning. Fawn always does such an amazing job on florals (and she’s the sweetest person ever!). Amy & Carl chose the Atrium at SentryWorld for their ceremony, while the Field House was converted into a dining area. After the ceremony, the Atrium was cleared and was made into the dancing area for the reception. Lovely tall vases of florals and branches graced the guest tables, along with lovely candles and classic black linens. They opted for an adorable gourmet cupcake table instead of a traditional cake. SentryWorld is one of my favorite venues, and Amy & Carl did a fabulous job of making it their own, and reflecting their unique personal style. We had a wonderful time celebrating with Amy, Carl, and all of their family and friends! It was such an amazing Elegant SentryWorld Wedding that we were so blessed to be a part of.
