Jake & Jen were married on a beautiful day in early August 2016. They held their ceremony at St Mary’s Catholic Church in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Their reception was held at Reuland’s Conference Center in Minocqua, Wisconsin. I knew it was going to be an amazingly fun wedding when I shot Jake & Jen’s engagement session. They were so much fun, and so incredible together. You can view the adorable images from their engagement session here. It was such a fun Elegant Minocqua Wedding!
St Mary’s Catholic Church in Rhinelander is such a beautiful church. It’s high vaulted ceilings and stained glass are just lovely to photograph. Jake & Jen brought in huge amounts of florals to decorate the aisle and alter at the church. Jen wore a stunning strapless, lace embellished Essence of Australia gown that she found at Tie the Knot in Green Bay. Her bridemaid’s wore gorgeous dark pink gowns, while the groomsmen wore brown shoes, navy pants, and white shirts accented with the coolest suspenders. Jake wore a super dapper navy suit with a light blue undershirt and suspenders. Jen’s little girl wore the most adorable pink sequined gown to serve as the flower girl. They did such a fabulous job of choosing attire for their wedding party. The bouquets were so unique. They were white and blush, but had an almost wild feel to them. The boutonnieres were just as stunning, with wild greens and small blooms.
Jake & Jen decorated their reception with the same beautiful florals that decorated the ceremony. The reception was at Reuland’s Conference Center in Minocqua, Wisconsin. They had beautiful lights strung behind the head table and across the ceilings of the venue. I was able to take Jake & Jen to Bearskin Park in Minoqua for sunset formals. You all know how much I love sunset formals! We really had such a great time at Jake & Jen’s Elegant Minocqua Wedding. They are truly meant to be, and we wish them all the best for their future together!
