Luke + Rachel traveled to Wisconsin from South Carolina for their wedding in Green Bay. I had met Rachel a few months back, but hadn’t had the opportunity to meet Luke until the day of the wedding. But I just knew that he would be a sweet and kind as Rachel is. Luke + Rachel chose Prince of Peace Catholic Community in Green Bay for their ceremony, and Thornberry Creek at Oneida in Green Bay for their reception. It was such a lovely Thornberry Creek at Oneida Wedding!
Rachel is a girl after my own heart when it comes to wedding details. She had the most lovely assortment of things for her wedding day; from her sparkly Badgley Mischka heels to her white fur shall, and even her two beautiful dresses! She definitely did an amazing job carefully selecting every little thing that made her wedding day fabulous. She chose a stunning fit to flare strapless gown with a ruffled bottom. Her bridesmaids wore light blue gowns accented with white shawls. Rachel chose beautiful green and white florals that were so fabulous for an early winter wedding.Lake wore his military uniform, as did some of his groomsmen, while some wore elegant black suits.
It was so windy out on Luke & Rachel’s wedding day. It was the coldest day we’d had so far in late 2016. But they were troopers and toughed it out to get outdoor formals. We used a sheltered area on the Fox River Trail to stay out of the wind as much as possible. When Mother Nature decides to not cooperate, you have to get creative! It was freezing, but everyone did so great, hanging in there in their gowns and no coats to capture some lovely formals for Luke & Rachel to treasure.
Luke & Rachel decorated Thornberry Creek at Oneida with beautiful white and green florals. Adorable calligraphy wood cutouts served as the table numbers, with a matching style cake topper. Luke & Rachel incorporated glam elements such as their sequined head table runners and sparkly cake topper. And Rachel looked fabulous in her reception dress! Luke & Rachel did everything possible to make all of their guests feel special at their wedding. It was such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and everyone was so much fun! We had the best time at their Thornberry Creek at Oneida Wedding, and we wish Luke & Rachel all the best for their futures together.
